Apex Weight Bags are constructed from heavy duty 600D polyester, and feature Velcro closures to ensure that the ballast stays inside the weight bag where it belongs. Standard Weight Bags are 20-25 pounds when filled and either clip directly to the canopy leg; or for a more secure attachment point you can drop the bag 4-5 feet from the corners of the tent and use the ropes to tie to the frame. Comes with carry handles to make transport a breeze. SPECIAL NOTE: Weight bags are an important safeguard for the Apex Canopy System, however, it is important to note that the weight bags can only help keep the canopy from lifting in light winds.
